Films are designed to protect objects from moisture, dust, pollution and other influences. They can be used in various sectors, e.g. in the construction industry as waterproofing foils to suppress water vapour diffusion and condensation; in agriculture or wood processing industry. The suitability of the film for a given application must always be tested.
SEPATEN® is a protected trade name for blown LDPE films with different regranulate content. As the proportion of regranulate increases, the price of the film decreases, but at the same time the appearance, mechanical properties and durability of the film decrease. Discuss the suitability of a particular type of film for a particular application with the vendor when placing an order.
GRANOTEN® N is a protected trade name for blown LDPE shrink film. These films are suitable for overlapping and for low-maintenance technical applications. For outdoor use, it is possible to increase the life of the film by adding a UV stabilizer. This stabilised film is suitable for e.g. the construction of foil houses.
COVER FILMS
Cover films are usually used as protection against weather and pollution in households, agriculture and construction, hobby activities, etc.
When tarpaulins are exposed to the weather, UV radiation causes gradual degradation and undesirable changes in material properties. The life of the tarpaulin can be extended by adding a UV stabiliser. Please discuss the requirement for this treatment with the dealer when placing your order.
Blown LDPE films are used for the manufacture of which the protected trade name GRANOTEN® has been registered .
Packaging
The rolls are packed on pallets, protected and fixed with strapping band, palletising bag or stretch film. Folded tarpaulins are packed in cartons and stacked on pallets.
Ecology
100% recyclable, unobjectionable for environment, films can be deposited in dumps or combusted – no harmful substances appear.
Contact with foodSTUFFS
Unobjectionable for health, but not advised for direct contact with foodstuffs.
