GRANOTEN® OK, OM

GRANOTEN® Ok, Om is a protected trade name for multilayered shrink films made of LDPE. The films are designed for packaging substrates, soil, peat, fertilizers, mulch bark and similar bulk materials. The films are available in two colours – black and white or white and black. Since the films are exposed to weather during their applications, it is very important to extend their life by stabilizing them against UV radiation.

GRANOTEN® O

GRANOTEN® O is the registered trade name of a  non-shrinkable multilayer LDPE film. The films are intended for the packaging of any kind of goods without heat shrinkage, such as paper hygiene products (paper kitchen towels, toilet paper, etc.); briquettes, pellets or coal; for confectionery and printing or as a semi-finished product for lamination.

The heat resistance of the material is -50 °C to +85 °C. The films are highly resistant to most chemicals and can be welded. Pigmented films have high light transmission. They areCO2 andO2permeable, but water and water vapour impermeable. The films can be printed in up to 10 colours.

Packaging

The rolls are packed in PE sheets and placed horizontally or vertically on a pallet, protected and fixed with a stretch film or palletising bag.

Ecology

100% recyclable, unobjectionable for environment, films can be deposited in dumps or combusted – no harmful substances appear.

Contact with foodstuffs

Some types are suitable for direct food contact.
