LAMITEN®

LAMITEN® is a protected trade name for multilayer films produced by solventless lamination technology by layering individual films (2 layers – duplex, 3 layers – triplex). Thanks to lamination we can combine different materials such as PE, BOPP, CPP, PET or paper. This maximises the use of the properties of the individual layers, so that each layer fulfils its own function in the packaging.

Laminated films are designed to produce flexible packaging for the food, drugstore, pharmaceutical, pet food and other segments. The films meet demanding requirements for barrier properties, health safety, appearance and functionality. Laminated films exhibit high mechanical strength, robustness and resistance to external influences. The films can be printed in up to 10 colours.

Packaging

The rolls are packed in PE film, stacked horizontally or vertically on a pallet, protected and fixed with stretch film.

Ecology

Environmentally friendly, recyclable in the case of a combination of PE/PE, PE/PP and PP/PP, our films can be landfilled or disposed of by incineration, producing no environmentally harmful substances. Other combinations can only be either landfilled or disposed of by incineration.

Contact with foodstuffs

The films are suitable for direct food contact.

The productis suitable for use no earlier than 10 days from the date of manufacture to guarantee
sufficient strength of the blank. Therefore, the product is released for dispatch at the earliest
10 days after the date of manufacture. The manufacturer does not guarantee a shorter processing time after production
the quality of the blind.

We recommend storing in a closed, covered warehouse. The film must not be exposed to direct sunlight or other weather conditions and must not be near a direct source of heat or electricity. The film must not come into contact with any chemical substance during storage.
