Durability and reliability

PERFOTEN® films can handle temperatures from -50 °C to +110 °C, are chemically stable and almost non-absorbent. They are ideal for safe cooking and storage of food without the risk of breaking the packaging.

perfoten®

PERFOTEN® films are perforated 100% and are used for automatic packaging of foodstuffs (e.g. rice, cereals, pulses) into boil-in bag for the purpose of heat treatment by boiling in this packaging. The films are produced in several types which differ in their utility characteristics, which are mainly determined by the way the perforation is made. The films are heat or impulse weldable.

PERFOTEN® is the protected trade name for blown perforated HDPE films. The thermal resistance of the material is -50 °C to +110 °C. The material exhibits high chemical resistance at normal and high temperatures and minimal wetting.

Packaging

The rolls are packed in a PE sheet and placed horizontally or vertically on a pallet; the individual layers are interleaved with a microtene cross-section, protected and fixed with a palletising bag or stretch film.

Ecology

100% recyclable, unobjectionable for environment, films can be deposited in dumps or combusted – no harmful substances appear.

Contact with foodSTUFFS

Suitable for direct contact with food in the natural version, in the coloured version with a pigment content up to the concentration specified by the manufacturer.
