The entire process – from the production of the PE film to printing, lamination and welding to the finished bag – takes place in one place. This ensures quality control, faster delivery and cost optimization.

Flexible Storage

We offer up to 6 months storage for finished packaging and the possibility of even small customized production runs. This ensures flexibility and customization to specific requirements.

Promotional Printing

Thanks to HD flexo printing in up to 10 colours, the film can be used as an advertising medium. Attractive printing helps to increase product visibility and sales.

100% RECYCLABLE FLEXIBLE PACKAGING

This is a mono-material solution for flexible packaging, which is made only of polyethylene films. This makes the packaging fully recyclable, facilitating material reuse and meeting the principles of the circular economy.

The entire production of these packages is carried out in our company “under one roof” – we blow the film ourselves, print it, laminate it and the result is a one-piece laminated film. As a finishing activity, we also offer the form of one-piece packaging in the form of ready-made bags, which brings the client a considerable benefit in the almost completed functional packaging construction, the so-called “feed & seal & sell”.

lamiten® and lamibag®

LAMITEN® mono-material laminated films and LAMIBAG® bags are used as flexible packaging to meet demanding requirements for barrier properties, appearance and packaging functionality. They exhibit high mechanical strength, robustness and resistance to external influences.

LAMITEN® laminated film sare used to produce flexible packaging for the food, drugstore, pharmaceutical, pet food and other segments. LAMIBAG® bags are designed for packaging dry food for the Pet Food segment, for packaging food, substrates, chemicals, building materials, in general especially dry, dehydrated mixtures.

For the production of mono-material packaging, a multi-layered material is used, produced by lamination technology of different types of PE (polyethylene) material. Production is custom-made according to specific customer requirements.

The product LAMIBAG® PE/PE was awarded the Packaging of the Year 2025 prize for its qualities.

Packaging

Rolls are packed in PE sheets, placed horizontally or vertically on a pallet, protected and fixed with stretch film.

The bags are packed in stacks in pallet boxes made of corrugated cardboard. Paper boxes are placed on standard pallets, fixed with a binding tape and stretched with stretch film.

Ecology

The packaging is 100% recyclable.

Comply with the requirements set out in the Ministry of Health Decree No. 38/2001 Coll. and Decree No. 38/2001 Coll. on hygiene requirements for products intended to come into contact with food and foodstuffs, and Commission Regulation (EU) No. 10/2011 of 14 January 2011 on plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food. They meet the general requirements of Article 3 of Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council on materials and articles intended to come into contact with food.

storage

LAMIBAG® flexible bags must be stored in a dry environment at temperatures between 15 and 25 °C, preferably in the original packaging covered with a lid. It is recommended to store the product under the same conditions as during processing for 24 hours before processing.

We recommend storing in a closed, covered warehouse. The film must not be exposed to direct sunlight or other weather conditions and must not be near a direct source of heat or electricity. During storage, the film must not come into contact with any chemical substance.
