Quality Management

The quality policy of the joint stock company GRANITOL Moravský Beroun is directly related to the “Company STRATEGY”. It reflects the interest of the top management to respect the requirements set out in ČSN EN ISO 9001:2015 and ČSN EN 15593:2008 in the management of the company.

GRANITOL is committed to:

  1. To supply customers with products of stable quality (to be a consistently qualified supplier for customers).
  2. The quality of the company’s products is measured by customer satisfaction.
  3. The inquiry and tender procedure must be conducted professionally and must be fulfilled within the agreed deadlines.
  4. Provide customers with a qualified service including comprehensive services in the use of our products (“customer care”).
  5. To continuously improve the quality management system in accordance with the requirements of ČSN EN ISO 9001:2015, to improve the conditions for product safety in accordance with ČSN EN 15593:2008 and to ensure compliance with applicable Czech and EU legislation.
  6. To base the business policy on the offer of the basic product range and to change it in the form of planned innovation, which is to respond flexibly to new customer requirements.
  7. All activities in the company are carried out in accordance with established processes with the aim of respecting the principles of economy.
  8. To strengthen the loyalty of employees to the company by effective motivation and improvement of working conditions and to create a stable base of qualified personnel.
  9. To continuously improve the technical and utility level of the products in order to ensure competitiveness on the European market and thus the necessary prosperity to ensure the development of the company.
  10. Ensure and promote the environmental friendliness and healthiness of our products, including activities related to their collection and recycling.
  11. Promote an understanding of the importance of meeting customer requirements by all employees so that customer orientation is an integral part of the management philosophy of the organisation.
  12. To continuously improve the level of expertise and skills of employees.
  13. Each employee must be able to perform the task assigned to him/her and is responsible for the quality of his/her work.
  14. Each employee must be able to distinguish between good and poor quality work.
  15. Every employee must know how to prevent poor quality work and what the consequences of poor quality work are for the employee, the company and the customer.

The quality policy is established by decision of the management and is binding for all employees.
